Publication as discussion

A Publication made on the occasion of a workshop called “Academy of Gallery” which took place on September 25 to 27th, 2008 at the Vilnius Contemporary Art Centre ŠMC/CAC organized by Vytautas Michelkevičius.

The material from the workshop was compiled into this publication called “Galerijos žurnalas” (Galllery Log).

The covers were delivered separately from the bound book contents so a gluing party was organized to assemble them into the final product. 12 or so people gathered in the ŠMC exhibition hall to produce the books. This gave us the possibility to apply the covers in a variety of ways (see last images).
